anyway, I'M TRYING MY BEST to eat healthier food now.
shouldn't say I'm trying to go on a diet cause I ate unhealthy food these few days. :(
but... I'm trying to!
I'm trying to workout everyday?
by workout I don't mean running / swimming,
(i'm going to TRY start doing those soon)
I mean like... stretching? squats? jumping around etc. etc.
and man, do i look stupid when i'm doing those exercises. LOL.
mama bought a yoga mat for me today! ^-^
gonna start doing push-ups and sit-ups (hopefully).. :D
so... in order to 配合 the workouts (although i'm not doing a very good job),
I started to make my own salad! ^-^

The 2 sauce(?) that i added, balsamic vinegar and olive oil~
japanese cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, boiled eggs & lettuce~
HMM... doesn't look delicious, but IT IS!! :O
it's just my bad photo taking skills and bad hp camera -.-
added steamed chicken breast in with the sauce and TA-DA~! ^-^
So this is my dinner.
of course i did not finish it all alone. -.-
the salad is like a bucket for god sake
Made potato salad too (i know it's fattening)
but i tried not to add fattening sauces like mayo and salad cream.
added.... i forgot what... haha. Low fat / Fat free Honey Dijon i think?
anyway, ever since i told my mama i wanna start making salad,
she has bought... 6 sauces back?
experimenting to see which sauce taste nice with which salad. haha!
So today....

Anyway, took the recipe from sleepwalk9to5.blogspot.com
i fried the ingredients like i was fighting a battle.
wrapped my hands with cloth, standing far far away from the pot
and stretched my hands over to fry it.
and ta-da!
ok, i know the beef looks like a lot, but the veges are hidden underneath =X
LOL. urms... yea... underneath. ~ :P
only added salt, pepper and little olive oil to fry.
Anyway, hated the cherry tomatoes no matter it's raw or cooked after trying it these few days.
but still forced myself to eat a few of it cause... it's healthy. :(
haha, i wouldn't eat it no matter how elaine persuaded me to in China.
And i'm eating it willingly right now. opps. :P
ate steamed sweet potato for lunch today too~ ^-^

met up with nini and geok at geok's house for movie + k session.
and ate those below~ :(
Yea, if you're thinking why my salads and workout are not working,
maybe it's because of those above. :(

geok has this kbox thingy in her house with mikes.
the sad thing is that she only has the old songs.
but it's okay! we love old songs! ^-^
we kept:
"非常感谢大家今天能来到这里!" *sniff*
"他家一起来 !" *points mike towards geok and nini*
LOLS.
and the other 2 will act as the audience when 1 of us is singing:
"I love you~!!! wooo!! love you!!!!"
& geok and I were acting rocker while nini was singing a ballad song. LOLS.
we were sweating like mad after singing a few songs! haha!
what a workout. -.-
so... yea...
note to self: do not go to geok's house for the next few years.

cause geok's bro and mama were at home when we did all that.

nini came over to my house on thurs too as she's too bored at home -.-
had MCDONALD'S BREAKFAST... -.-

played wii and my hands were aching the next day~! (Fail)
slacked, talked, played games, ate dinner, END!
that's all.
anyway, hope i have the determination to stick on to my diet
(even though it's SUPER difficult)
